Apply to the Texas Board of Nursing

Arrive at least 30 minutes early with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID that matches your registration. The NCLEX-RN uses Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) and includes Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) clinical judgment items.
